Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 stick melted oleo
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt the caramels with 1/3 cup of evaporated milk.
    Mix the cake mix, melted oleo and 1/3 cup evaporated milk; put half of this mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pat in crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle 1 cup of chocolate chips over crust, then pour caramel mixture over.
    Put rest of cake mix mixture over caramels and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
