Donna'S Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. zucchini, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. basil
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 can evaporated milk
6 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 c. Fontina or Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. Romano cheese
Preparation

Saute onion.
Add flour and salt.
Cook until bubbly.
Add bouillon cube, lemon juice and water.
Heat until it boils.
Add and cook corn.
Add and just boil evaporated milk and tomatoes. Add and melt cheeses.
