Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    2 sticks oleo
    1 large can mushrooms
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    7 oz. Minute rice
    1/2 to 1 lb. Cheddar, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute broccoli in oleo with mushrooms until broccoli is thawed.
    In casserole dish, combine rice, soup, salt and pepper. Add sauteed broccoli and mix in grated cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    May be kept refrigerated overnight before baking.
