Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. milk
1 large pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation

Beat sugar, eggs and salt real good.
Add butter and flour; blend well.
Add milk and 1 cup coconut.
Pour into pie shell and top with remaining coconut.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
