Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box devil's food cake mix
    14 oz. bag caramels
    3/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    In double boiler melt caramels, butter and milk until smooth. In mixing bowl prepare cake mix as directed on box.
    Pour half of the cake batter in a greased 9 x 13-inch sheet cake pan.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
