Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1/2 c. frozen coconut
Preparation
    Mix sugar and Crisco.
    Cream well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Add milk and flour alternately.
    Add flavoring and coconut.
    Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
