Paella Salad(Cold) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh medium shrimp
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice mix
    2 c. cooked chicken breast
    1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. frozen English peas, thawed and drained
    1/3 c. celery, sliced thin
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, diced and drained
Preparation
    Cook shrimp in 1 1/2 cups water for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Chill and devein.
    Cook rice, omitting butter.
