Cheddar Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    1/2 c. cubed carrots
    1/2 c. cubed celery
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. onions
    2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. flour
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 lb. bacon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Simmer veggies and seasonings until tender.
    Do not drain. Make a white sauce with flour and milk.
    Add cheese.
    Put with veggies. Add bacon and simmer until hot. Do not boil.
