Goof-Proof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour (plain)
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt.
    Add shortening, egg, vinegar and water. Stir with a fork until just moistened; knead slightly.
    Shape into balls.
    Do not overknead.
    Roll out to desired thickness.
    Makes 2 tops and 2 bottoms, if thin.
