Fish In Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillet
    2 c. tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. peppercorns
    1 Tbsp. oil or butter
Preparation
    Place fish fillet in heated skillet with oil; add onions. Saut about 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; let simmer until done.
