John'S Specialty 1 Pan Feast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. roast pork
    4 to 5 lb. roast beef
    8 carrots
    2 large green peppers
    2 large red peppers
    2 onions
    3 pieces garlic
    6 to 8 red skin potatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Clean and cut carrots, peppers and onion.
    Dice garlic small. Put roast beef and pork in large pan.
    Place onions, peppers, carrots, potatoes and garlic around meat.
    Add 2 cups water.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours or until done.
    Add water as needed.
    Serve with Italian bread, applesauce and tossed salad.
