Chocolate 'N Oat Bar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels (1 c.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 for glass).
    In bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter; mix well.
    Reserve 1/2 cup. Press remaining mixture on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crust. Sprinkle with nuts and Nestle Toll House morsels.
    Top with remaining oat mixture; press down.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light browned.
    Cool.
    Store covered at room temperature. Yields 36 bars.
