Fred'S Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flour (3 3/4 c.)
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. quick rise yeast (2 1/4 oz. pkg.)
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. lukewarm water
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine flour, yeast, salt and sugar; stir.
    Add vegetable oil and water.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Knead for 3 minutes.
    Put in a bowl, cover and let rise until double in volume.
    Punch down. Divide into 2 equal pieces, shape into balls or leave in one piece for 16-inch pizza.
    Let dough rest 4 minutes.
    Roll out to 12 to 16-inch circles.
