Beef And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef cubes
    3 cubes beef bouillon
    1 small chopped onion
    1 diced carrot
    3/4 pkg. egg noodles
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut beef into bite size pieces.
    Put into a large pot of water.
    Add bouillon cubes, onion and carrot.
    Cook in oven at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Remove from oven and put on top of stove.
    Add egg noodles.
