Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can Silver Floss sauerkraut
2 medium onions
2 medium peppers, finely diced
1 c. celery
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. white vinegar
Preparation

Drain juice from sauerkraut.
Rinse with a little water (not too
much);
drain.
Mix
with other ingredients and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
