Pina Colada Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. light yellow cake mix
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant coconut cream pudding mix
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. frozen coconut, thawed
    1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. rum flavoring
Preparation
    Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.
    Set aside.
    In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, eggs and 1/3 cup pineapple juice.
    Beat with electric mixer on low speed until combined.
    Beat on medium for 2 minutes.
    Add pineapple and coconut; stir by hand until blended.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, or until cake tests done.
    Cool; remove from pan.
