Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated cheese
    4 c. diced potatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, onions, salt, pepper and chicken soup.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Cover dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Last, sprinkle cheese on top.
    Return to oven until cheese is melted.
