Pecan Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 sticks margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream margarine.
    Add flour, salt and sugar.
    Blend well.
    Add pecans.
    Roll into small balls (about 1 inch).
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until light brown.
    Roll in confectioners sugar while warm.
    Cool and store in airtight container.
