Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar together.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Mix flour and other spices and add a little at a time, stirring well. Fold in carrots and nuts.
    Bake in layer pans or oblong pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Frost with a cream cheese frosting.
