Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 small pkg. instant pudding
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
24 graham crackers
Preparation

Add the milk gradually to the peanut butter in a deep, narrow bowl, blending until smooth.
Add pudding mix.
Beat slowly with a hand beater or low electric mixer speed.
Let stand for 5 minutes. Spread filling 1/2 inch thick on 12 crackers.
Top with remaining crackers and freeze.
