Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. honey
    1 qt. buttermilk
    15 oz. box Raisin Bran
    2 1/2 c. white flour
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients.
    Set aside.
    In another large bowl, mix wet ingredients.
    Combine wet mix into dry mix, stirring well.
    Spray muffin tins with nonstick coating.
    Fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Refrigerate leftover batter to bake another time.
    It will keep for several weeks.
