Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. olive oil
1 large onion, coarsely choppes
1 tsp. minced garlic (jar)
1 package (8 oz) sliced mushrooms
2 cans (14-1/2 oz) chicken broth
1 can (14-1/2 oz) seasoned diced tomatoes (garlic, basil, onion)
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dried sweet basil
1 bag (14 oz.) frozen cheese tortellini
grated parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat oil in medium heat in soup pot.
Peel and coarsely chop the onion, adding it to the pot as you chop.
Add garlic and cook; stirring occasionally until tender, about 3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and cook until they begin to release their liquid, about 2 minutes.
