Four Layer Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
3 c. milk
2 pkg. instant pudding (any flavor, butterscotch is real good)

Preparation

Blend well and pour over second layer.
