Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size potatoes, boiled
    2 eggs, boiled
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
Preparation
    Make a sauce of 1/2 stick margarine with a little flour and 1 pint milk or less.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Slice potatoes and eggs.
    Put layer of potatoes on bottom of casserole dish. Spread all other ingredients.
    Top with a layer of potatoes.
    Pour sauce over casserole.
    Bake slowly until done.
