Stir-Fry Pepper Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 lb. flank steak, cut into thin strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 small red pepper, cut into thin strips
    1 small green pepper, cut into thin strips
    4 scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 c. beef broth
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    Minute Rice
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, sugar, garlic powder and ginger in medium bowl. Add beef; let stand 10 minutes to marinate.
