Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (2-inch) pork chops
2 slices rye bread
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 apple (Granny Smith will make it slightly tart)
2 to 3 Tbsp. raisins
2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
1/2 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Split chops in half, making a pocket. Cut bread into cubes.
Thinly sliced apple (peel and all).
Heat saute pan.
Add butter, bread and apples; stir.
When the bread is slightly browned, add raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar.
Toss all ingredients.
Slowly add brandy.
Let reduce.
Spoon mixture into chops.
Bake on rack for one hour.
Yields 2.
