Beverly'S Soulful Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
3 eggs
1 tsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. pickle relish
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Peel and dice potatoes and cook in water until fork goes through potatoes, then drain and rinse.
Boil eggs until hard. Dice onion and eggs.
Combine all other ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add potatoes while they are still warm.
Stir in mayonnaise.
Garnish if desired and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
