Paella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 links chorizo
    1/2 c. smoked ham, cubed
    1 yellow onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tomato, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice
    2 (10 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 tsp. saffron
    1 lb. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1/4 c. pimento strips
    1/2 pkg. frozen green peas
Preparation
    Brown chicken pieces in olive oil.
    Add chorizo and break apart with a fork.\tAdd ham and brown slightly. Stir in onion, green pepper, tomato and garlic. Push vegetables and meat aside. Add rice to center of pan and saut 5 minutes.
    Then add chicken broth and stir in saffron. Cover. Simmer 25 minutes. Stir in shrimp, pimento and peas. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
