Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 oz. jar chopped pimento
    1 c. crushed cheese crackers
    1/4 c. slivered almonds (if desired)
Preparation
    \"Tender quick\" cook broccoli; drain and arrange broccoli in buttered casserole dish.
    Mix soup, mayonnaise, juice, cheese and pimento; spoon over broccoli and top with crackers and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
