Cheese And Chili Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack with jalapeno peppers, shredded
1 can creamed corn
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mild green chilies
1 small onion, grated
2 large eggs
3/4 c. milk
4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

In large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients.
In medium bowl, beat cheese, corn, chilies, onion, eggs, milk and butter until blended.
Stir into flour mixture.
Put batter in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
