Rolled Beef Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round steak
    2 eggs
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce with onions
    3 oz. thinly sliced Italian dry salami
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. sliced green olives
Preparation
    Blend together beef, eggs, bread crumbs, oregano, garlic salt, cayenne and 1/2 can tomato sauce with onions.
    Mix well.
    Pat meat into a 16 x 10-inch rectangle on wax paper or aluminum foil.
