Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs of ground beef
1 large can of tomato soup
1 can of green beans
6 large potatoes
(Your spices to taste)
Preparation

Brown the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, onion, garlic (your choice of seasoning).
Drain the grease.
Peel potatoes, slice in cubes and cook.
When done make into mashed potatoes.
Put ground beef in a large flat casserole or lasagna pan.
Mix in tomato soup and green beans.
On top of mixture put mashed potatoes, you can scoop in sections or smooth over entire mixture.
Put in 350 degree oven and cook until the sauce is bubbling and hot.
Usually about 30 minutes.
