Terrific Sweet Potato Casserole(This Is A Great Holiday Recipe.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 sweet potatoes (fresh or canned)
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick melted butter or margarine

Preparation

Mix together well. Sprinkle over top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 400\u00b0 until lightly brown (about 10 minutes). Turn down oven to 275\u00b0 for about 30 minutes. Cooking time is about 40 minutes, total.
