Jambalaya(Makes 2 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. oil
    1/4 lb. cubed ham
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    3/4 c. tomatoes, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. curry powder
    dash of hot sauce
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. rice
    4 oz. shrimp
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add ham, pepper, onion, celery and garlic.
    Saute until soft.
    Add tomatoes, water, Worcestershire, curry powder and hot sauce; bring to boil.
    Add rice and shrimp. Cover and reduce heat.
    Simmer until liquid is absorbed.
