Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked long-grain rice
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    4 green onions, chopped (including 1/2 of the tops)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. chicken broth
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a small skillet, saute onions and mushrooms in melted butter.
    Remove from heat.
    Add lemon juice, chicken broth, parsley and salt.
    Combine with cooked rice.
    Add additional butter, if desired.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
