Julie'S Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. onion (1 large white and some green onions)
    3 ribs celery
    1/2 lb. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 large and 1 small evaporated milk
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 lb. crabmeat
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saut onion and celery in butter; add flour and blend.
    Add milk and blend.
    Remove from heat; add egg yolk, crabmeat, salt and pepper.
    Stir in cheese.
    Put in casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
