Pineapple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. softened margarine
1 c. milk
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Thank You brand pineapple, apple, cherry or blueberry filling
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Work in the softened margarine until well blended.
Mix the milk, eggs and vanilla; add to dry ingredients.
Mix by hand until well blended.
Pour 1/2 into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan or dish.
Mix the pie filling with lemon juice; spread on top of batter.
Spoon remaining batter over fruit; spread around carefully to cover.
