Spicy Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    3/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 bay leaf, broken
    1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms; combine remaining ingredients (except garlic and parsley).
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Pour over mushrooms and stir well.
    Add garlic.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours.
    Stir and turn occasionally.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Drain and serve.
