Pan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    chicken broth
    1 skinned and boned chicken
    cracker crumbs
    melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook first 5 ingredients like custard.
    Place a layer of skinned and boned chicken in baking dish; alternate with cooked custard.
    Mix cracker crumbs and margarine.
    Sprinkle on top of chicken.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
