Peanut Brittle Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 c. light corn syrup
3 c. peanuts or pecans
3 tsp. butter
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine sugar, water and syrup; boil until it spins a thread. Add nuts, stirring constantly.
Cook and stir until it turns brownish gold.
Remove from heat and add butter, salt and soda. Pour onto buttered board to cool.
As candy cools, work up from board with spatula.
When cool, break into pieces.
