Best Gourmet Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 c. ketchup
    2 c. rolled oats, crackers or bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2 to 3 Tbsp. red wine or wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. chives
Preparation
    Mix all very well.
    Put into greased 9 x 13-inch pan (shape as loaf or 2 small loaves).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
