Shrimp Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small shrimp, cooked and shelled (save 1 shrimp with shell for decoration)
    8 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. mace
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chili sauce
Preparation
    Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
    Transfer the mixture to an oiled bowl.
    Chill the pate for 4 hours before serving.
    Unmold onto a serving plate and decorate with greens and shrimp with shell on.
