Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine, melted
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat eggs; add sugar, margarine, lemon juice and vanilla.
Mix well.
Stir in coconut and pecans.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
Cool completely.
Store in refrigerator.
(The recipe called for 1 1/2 cups sugar, but I use 3/4 cup of sugar.)
