Pita Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    3/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. commercial pizza sauce
    8 (6-inch) whole wheat pita bread rounds
    vegetable cooking spray
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss gently. Place pita rounds on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Spread 1/4 cup zucchini mixture on each pita round; sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cut each round into 8 wedges.
    Serve hot.
    Contains 13 calories per wedge.
    Makes 64 wedges.
