Stir-Fry Vegetables(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. red pepper strips
    1/3 c. sliced scallions
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    3 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In skillet or wok, over medium-high heat, stir-fry broccoli, peppers and scallions in hot oil for 8 minutes or until tender-crisp.
    Stir in water chestnuts, steak sauce, soy sauce and lemon juice.
    Cook and stir just until heated through.
