Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash brown potatoes
1/2 stick margarine
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Combine thawed potatoes with melted margarine, onion, sour cream, soup, salt and pepper.
Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour.
