Alma'S Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn or leftover fresh corn cut off cob
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes or 1 chopped onion
    2 c. Bisquick
    milk
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick with enough milk to make a thick batter.
    Add corn and onion flakes.
    Have one inch of canola cooking oil (Heart Healthy) in deep skillet and drop by rounded teaspoonful in hot oil.
    Drain and eat with applesauce or syrup.
    Any fresh vegetables can be used.
    Asparagus is great!
