Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can small early peas
1 celery stalk, cut in small pieces
1 green onion, diced
mayonnaise
1 tsp. celery seed
1 hard-boiled egg, diced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients with enough mayonnaise for desired consistency.
Serve on lettuce leaf.
Red and white cabbage may be added.
