Caribbean Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
1 lb. diced pork tenderloin or chicken
1 1/2 tsp. oil
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and toss well to coat.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add pork mixture and saute for 4 minutes or until done.
Serve with rice and vegetables or in vegetable stir-fry and with warm rolls.
Serves 4.
