Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 cheese blintzes (buy them frozen)
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
16 oz. sour cream
1 stick unsalted butter
cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Optional:
Add small pieces of fruit (example: peach or apple, and cook with fruit.
Or serve with heated Comstock cherry or blueberry pie filling on the side.
